The Shimano Service Centre TV commercial
In Easter 2003, in conjunction with the UK launch, a 30 second TV commercial was screened to explain and advertise the Shimano Service Centre concept. If you missed it you can watch it online here.

There are two versions of the TV commercial you can watch online:
